Milk 250 g
Flour 120 g
Eggs 2-3 pieces
Heliaflor® 45 30 g
Sugar 10 g
Baking powder/ cream of tartar 3 g
Oil for frying  


  • Seperate eggs. Mix flour, Heliaflor®, baking soda, salt and egg yolk together.
  • Add milk bit by bit until there is a creamy mass.
  • Beat the egg whites together with sugar until stiff and fold in pancakes-dough.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry pancakes with middle to high heat on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
