|Baking powder/ cream of tartar||3 g|
|Oil for frying|
- Seperate eggs. Mix flour, Heliaflor®, baking soda, salt and egg yolk together.
- Add milk bit by bit until there is a creamy mass.
- Beat the egg whites together with sugar until stiff and fold in pancakes-dough.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry pancakes with middle to high heat on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
